Mariners View Holiday Cottage is a modern 2 bedroom detached bungalow situated on a very private estate within 5 minutes walk of Amble town centre and 10 minutes walk to Warkworth. Attractions such as the beautiful beach, sea and parklands are again only 5 minutes walk.
The estate in which the bungalow is located is based on a Scandinavian scheme and is is well laid out and very private. The bungalow itself comprises of private secluded gardens to the rear, along with patio and conservatory. The rear is south facing and enjoys the sunshine all day long.
Inside comprises of a large living room with leather sofa, TV and DVD Recorder, along with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is both fully fitted and of a large size with fridge freezer, microwave oven and hob. There is also a utility room with handy washing machine.
There are 2 good sized bedrooms, main with double bed and guest room with double bed and bunk, which comfortably sleeps 5. The bathroom has an electric shower.
All cooking and kitchen utensils, bedding and utilities are provided and there is a gas barbeque available on request. The bungalow is heated by electric wall heaters and economy 7 night storage heaters and is fully triple glazed and very cosy in the winter months.

All electric and water charges are included in the rental. There is no smoking, but pets will be welcomed and a large dog cage is available to sleep dogs if required.
